Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court (Fischer, J.), entered March 27, 1992 in Tioga County, which, upon reconsideration, inter alia, denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and (2) from an order of said court, entered May 11, 1992 in Tioga County, which resettled the previous order.
