Plaintiff Blue Citi LLC has sued Defendant 5Barz International, Inc. for specific performance, breach of contract, conversion, and attorneys' fees. See Compl., Dkt. 1. In an order dated August 28, 2017 (the "Prior Order"), the Court granted Plaintiff summary judgment on its claim for specific performance and awarded Plaintiff attorneys' fees.
