The plaintiff is a Pennsylvania corporation, licensed to do business in the State of New York. It is engaged in the business of manufacturing, distributing, refining and producing petroleum products. It maintains a division office in the borough of Manhattan, city and State of New York, which controls its business interests in the State of New York, and portions of the States of New Jersey and Connecticut. The defendant is a local labor union of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America. It is affiliated with the American Federation of Labor.…
