— In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Board of Legislators of the County of Westchester, dated April 23, 1990, which, inter alia, accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement submitted by the County of Westchester, the petitioners appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, *772Westchester County (Silverman, J.), entered May 31, 1990, which dismissed the petition.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with one bill of costs.
