The Lake Ozark-Osage Beach Joint Sewer Board and Larry and Vicky Stock-man (“Appellants”) appeal the Missouri Land Reclamation Commissions decision to grant Magruder Limestone Co., Inc., (“Magruder”) a permit to operate a limestone, quarry on a site adjacent to a waste-water treatment plant owned and operated by the Lake Ozark-Osage Beach Joint Sewer Board (“Sewer Board”). 1 We affirm.
