Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered April 13, 1977 in Ulster County, which granted plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment. The issue presented is whether a *1043CB radio and a scanner, attached by bolts to brackets which in turn are bolted to the underside of the dashboard of plaintiffs truck are "permanently attached” to the truck as that term is used in an automobile property loss insurance policy issued by defendant.
