Appeals (1) from a judgment of the County Court of Columbia *792County (Leaman, J.), rendered April 1, 1994, convicting defendant upon her plea of guilty of the crimes of manslaughter in the second degree, vehicular manslaughter in the second degree, criminally negligent homicide and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (two counts), and (2) by permission, from an order of said court, entered August 1, 1995, which denied defendant’s motion pursuant to CPL 440.10 to vacate the judgment of conviction, without a hearing.
