Pro se Plaintiff Danica Bulovic (“Bulo-vic”) brings this Action against Defendants Bruce W. Both (“Both”), in his capacity as Plan Manager and Trustee of the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union Local 1500 (“Local 1500”) Pension Fund (“the Fund”), and the Fund’s employee pension benefit plan (“the Plan”) (collectively “Defendants”).
