PennyMac Loan Services, LLC MEMORANDUM AND ORDER Sanjeev Lath, the mortgagor and former owner of a condominium unit in Manchester, New Hampshire, filed this post- foreclosure lawsuit against PennyMac Loan Services, LLC (“PennyMac”), the foreclosing mortgagee.
