Appellant Damian Merrick appeals from his convictions for one count of sexual assault of a child under seventeen by oral contact and for three counts of delivery of marijuana to a child under eighteen. See Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. § 481.122 (West 2017) ; Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 22.011 (West Supp. 2017). He argues that the evidence was insufficient for a reasonable jury to find that the substance delivered was marijuana and that he was unconstitutionally denied the right to present a defense to the sexual-assault allegations.
