ERVIN, Judge.
Defendant Joseph Edward Musgrove appeals from an order granting a preliminary injunction sought by Plaintiff CopyPro, Inc., prohibiting Defendant from working in any capacity for a competitor. On appeal, Defendant contends that Plaintiff failed to demonstrate that it would likely succeed on the merits of its claim or that it would suffer harm in the absence of the issuance of the injunction.
