Tia Saucier appeals a judgment regarding a suit for breach of contract. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand.

Saucier is a real estate agent who obtained a Mississippi real estate license in 2002 after working as a real estate agent in Florida. 1 Coldwell Banker Joseph M.
