1Opinion of the Court

MlKELL, Judge.

James Kenneth Mealor was convicted of one count of aggravated sexual battery and two counts of child molestation for sexually *275abusing his daughter. Mealor also was convicted of one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor for buying cocaine in the presence of his daughter. The trial court sentenced him to 20 years confinement. Mealor appeals the trial court’s denial of his motion for new trial, arguing that he was denied the effective assistátíce of counsel. We disagree and affirm Mealor’s conviction.
