This appeal is from Herman Wilson, Jr.’s conviction for murder and possession of a firearm during commission of a crime. The evi dence adduced at trial showed that Wilson and his ex-wife, in the course of planning their two children’s summer, arranged for her to meet a proposed babysitter who would keep the children while Wilson was at work. The meeting was scheduled for the afternoon of the next day, June 3, 2000, at Wilson’s home.
