John L. Moore, plaintiff below, appeals from a judgment denying his petition to invalidate a March, 1973 ordinance, establishing new ward lines in the City of Pacific. In addition, appellant sought the following: an order reinstating pre-existing ward lines; an order setting aside the city election held April 3,1973; an order prohibiting aldermen named in that election from assuming office; a mandatory injunction directing a new election be held in accordance with pre-existing ward lines; an order directing the prosecutor of Franklin County to investigate the burning of…
