hThe defendant, Detrick Castor, pled guilty under State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976), to one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, in violation of La. R.S. 14:95.1, and one count of illégal use of a firearm, in violation of La. R.S. 14:94(B). Castor was sentenced to 10 years at hard labor without the benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence for Count One, and to 2 years -at hard labor for Count Two, to be served concurrently.
