CAMPBELL, District Judge.

This is a suit in equity.

• The plaintiff is a corporation organized January, 1926, and is the successor in business of William Paehndrieh, who is the president of the plaintiff.

At the time of the organization of the corporation, the said William Paehndrieh sold his entire business to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff has been, since its organization, and the said William Paehndrieh was for some years prior thereto, engaged in the business of importing cheese into the United States.
