OPINION AND ORDER

HAGGERTY, District Judge:

Plaintiff initiated this action under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Title I of the Civil Rights Act of 1991, to correct unlawful employment practices on the basis of sex and to provide relief to a class of current and former employees of defendant. Specifically, plaintiff alleges that defendant subjected the class members to a sexually hostile work environment because of their female sex.
