MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SHADUR, District Judge.
Firstsouth, F.A. (“Firstsouth”) brought this action to foreclose on its mortgage on property in the Village of Oak Brook known as Whitehall Park. One of the defendants is An Association of Franciscan Fathers of the State of Illinois (“Franciscans” 1 ), who hold a purchase money mort gage on the property from another defendant: LaSalle National Bank (“Bank”) as trustee for an Illinois land trust, the beneficiary of which is Whitehall Park Development Corporation (“Development Corporation”).
