This appeal arises out of the trial court’s dismissal with prejudice of the first amended complaint of the plaintiff, Virginia Rulison Weber, against the defendants, Amiel Cueto and Marvin Darling. The trial court made an express finding that there was no just reason for delaying enforcement or appeal, and the plaintiff appealed pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 304(a) (134 Ill. 2d R. 304(a)).
