{1} Following a jury trial, Defendant Ricardo Martinez Rodriguez was convicted in the deaths of three men of the following crimes: three counts of first degree murder contrary to NMSA 1978, § 30-2-l(A)(l) (1994); three counts of kidnapping with great bodily harm contrary to NMSA 1978, § 30-4-1 (1995); conspiracy to commit murder contrary to NMSA 1978, § 30-28-2 (1979) and Section 30-2-l(A)(l); conspiracy to commit kidnapping contrary to Section 30-28-2 and Section 30-4-1; three counts of tampering with evidence contrary to NMSA 1978, § 30-22-5 (1963); unlawful taking…
