| Appellant Mary Hudak-Lee appeals from an order of the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission denying her request for workers’ compensation benefits based on its finding that at the time of Appellant’s injury she was on a lunch break and not advancing the interests of her employer, Appellee Baxter County Regional Hospital (“BCRH”). On appeal, Appellant argues that the Commission’s decision that she was not providing employment services at the time of the accident is not supported by substantial evidence.
