DUFFY, District Judge.
Plaintiff Karen Signal (“Signal”), proceeding pro se, filed this employment discrimination action against Defendants, alleging race-based discrimination. Defendants filed a motion to dismiss, or in the alternative, for summary judgment, pursuant to Rules 12(b)(1), (6), and 56. See Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(1), (6), and 56.
