DECISION AND ORDER

ROSS W. KRUMM, Bankruptcy Judge.

The matter before the Court is the Debtor’s Motion to Proceed in Forma Pau-peris. The Court conducted a hearing on the motion in Roanoke on April 10, 2007. At that time, the Court took the matter under advisement and requested the Debt- or submit a memorandum of authorities in support of her motion. After due consideration of the evidence and authorities, the motion is denied.
