DECISION ON DEBTOR’S MOTION TO RECONSIDER

ROBERT E. GRANT, Chief Judge.

The debtor, who is proceeding pro se, filed a petition for relief under chapter 7 and, in doing so, also filed an application asking the court to waive the required filing fee. The court denied the application to waive, required the debtor to pay the filing fee in installments, and ordered the debtor to demonstrate that he had complied with the requirements of § 109(h)(3) of the United States Bankruptcy Code so that he was eligible for relief under title 11.
