In this case the information charged the re-
spondent with having kept, on the 1st day of May, 1911, and on divers other times and occasions between that time and the 19th day of May, 1911, in the county of Montcalm, in a certain building, a certain place where vinous, malt, brewed, spirituous, intoxicating, and mixed liquors as a beverage, a part of which were intoxicating, were *399sold, and stored for sale, given away, and furnished; the said respondent not then and there being engaged in so keeping such a place as a druggist, etc. The respondent having pleaded not guilty, the case came on for…
