Statement of Facts

This is a proceeding for the reformation of a “Combination Automobile Policy” issued by the defendant to the plaintiff to require the defendant company to defend an action brought against the plaintiff and to pay the policy limits in the event judgment is obtained in connection with a proceeding for personal injury and property damages brought by John Boyd and Azalee Boyd against the plaintiff in the Arkansas County, Arkansas, Circuit Court, Southern District.
