This suit was filed by petitioner, Hartman Hall, against the respondent, O. C. Whitaker Company, a corporation, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by him in a collision between an automobile he was driving and a pickup truck operated by Roy Grimes, alleged to have been the agent, servant and employee of respondent. At the time of the collision Grimes was transporting Alfred Jones and T. B. Gary, two employees of respondent, to their residence in Beaumont from their place of work where respondent…
