Before the Court is an application of the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation (“BNYDC”), dated June 9, 1986, seeking various forms of relief arising out of the existing landlord-tenant relationship between it and Coastal Dry Dock & Repair Corp. (“Coastal” or “Debtor”). Pursuant to order to show cause dated June 11,1986, the matter came on for a hearing on June 17, 1986.
