This trademark infringement case comes before the court on the defendants’ motion for summary judgment (Dk. 127), the plaintiffs motion for relief pursuant to Rule 56(f) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (Dk. 141), the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment (Dk. 142), the plaintiffs motion to strike (Dk. 146), and the plaintiffs motion to reconsider (Dk. 196).
