OPINION OF THE COURT

NAUGHTON, Judge:

Contrary to his plea, the appellant was convicted by a military judge sitting as a general court-martial of offering violence to his superior commissioned officer in violation of Article 90, Uniform Code of Military Justice [hereinafter UCMJ], 10 U.S.C. § 890 (1976). Further, in accordance with his pleas, he was found guilty of behaving with disrespect toward his superior commissioned officer and willfully disobeying a lawful order of the same officer in violation of Articles 89 and 90, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 889 and 890 (1976).
