This is a bill filed to set aside an award. Complainant was injured by reason of a defective sidewalk of the village. A claim was presented to the common council, and after a period,,of negotiation an agreement was reached to submit the matter in controversy to Hon. James B. McMahon, as arbitrator. A hearing was had before the arbitrator, testimony produced pro and con, and an award made in favor of the village.
