This action was commenced for the purpose of having declared void, as against the plaintiff, certain deeds of conveyance made by the defendant John Johnston, and tlie defendant Pratt, to the defendant Ellen S. Johnston. The plaintiff was a creditor of the defendant John Johnston, and alleges that said deeds were made with intent to hinder, delay and defraud him in the collection of his said debt. Pratt did not answer: the other defendants answered, denying any fraudulent intention, or that said deeds were void. The issues were referred for trial to Eranklin IT.…
