I. INTRODUCTION

The matter before the Court is the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the Plaintiff in this adversary proceeding, the Chapter 7 Trustee of the Debtor - (the “Plaintiff’ or “Trustee”), on Counts I and III of his Complaint, through which he seeks to avoid an alleged fraudulent transfer by the Debtor to the Defendants, Stephen Chiang and Chialin Chiang, who are the Debtor’s wife and son.
