Claimant, Bonita Boatman, widow of decedent, Dennis Boatman, filed an application for adjustment of claim pursuant to the Workers’ Compensation Act (Act) (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1981, ch. 48, par. 138.1 et seq.). Therein she alleged that decedent had sustained a heart attack on April 13, 1982, while working for the employer, Ingersoll Milling Machine Company. After a hearing held on August 17, 1988, the arbitrator denied compensation.
