On the Merits.

The purpose of this certiorari, is by that writ to exercise the constitutional duty of this Court to superintend and control inferior jurisdictions. The particular jurisdiction sought thus to be brought under the control of this suit is the Board of Appeals for the Department of Industrial Relations of Alabama. See Code of 1940, Title 26, section 219. This board in turn acted upon the finding and decision of the Appeals Tribunal of the Division of Employment Security of the State Industrial Relations, supra.
