This case is here for a review on writ of error to a final judgment or peremptory writ of mandamus entered on the 22nd day of April, 1938, by the Circuit Court, of Dade County, Florida. The case presents three separate and distinct questions arising under Chapter 10847, Special Acts of 1925, being the Charter of the City of Miami, and involves the procedure for a recall election thereunder.
