Before the court is the October 28, 2005 motion of the defendant, The Color Works, Inc. (“TCW”), to exclude the expert testimony of Emmons Patzer and Alexander Ivy, the two experts designated by ■ the plaintiff Ellipsis, Inc. and third-party defendant Mary Elizabeth Wade (collectively “Ellipsis”) to testify as to lost profits and damages.
