Gerald Wolski appeals from an order granting summary judgment in favor of defendants Randall Wilson and Sentry Insurance Company. The trial court concluded that there were no material issues of fact in dispute and the defendants were entitled to judgment as a matter of law because there was no causal connection between Wilson's actions and Wolski's accident. Since the trial court improperly used its discretion to discount material issues of fact in dispute, we reverse and remand for further proceedings.
