ADLER, District Judge.

On January 20 to 22,1926, a cargo of 244,675 bushels of No. 2 white oats was loaded on board tbe steamer H. A. Rock at Chicago. Tbe oats were held at storage there during tbe winter, and were to be carried by tbe steamer to Buffalo at the opening of navigation. Tbe entire cargo was, according to tbe bill of lading, shipped by one shipper, Rosenbaum Bros., Inc., to tbe order of Eastern Grain Mill & Elevator Corporation, Buffalo, New York.
