LASTER, Vice Chancellor.

The current income beneficiary of a testamentary trust petitioned for an order that would modify the trust’s terms by rewriting its administrative provisions, thereby converting the trust from the traditional, trustee-managed structure that the settlor contemplated into a directed trust where the trustee would serve only an administrative role.
