^Reversing.

The appellant, Claude MeCandless, shot and instantly killed Barney Trimble, in Livingston county. For this action be was indicted for tbe crime of wilful murder and upon a trial was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter by tbe jury and so adjudged by tbe court. His motion to grant him a new trial being denied, bo has appealed to this court and seeks a reversal of tbe judgment for many alleged errors, all of which we do not deem it necessary to consider.
