MEMORANDUM OPINION

CACHERIS, Chief Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on Defendant Harold J. Nicholson’s (“Defendant’s”) Motion to Suppress All Evidence Derived from Searches or Seizures Conducted Pursuant to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (“Motion”). In this Motion, Defendant attacks the constitutionality of FISA in general and as applied in this case. 1 For the reasons set forth below, Defendant’s Motion is DENIED.
