Costco Wholesale, Inc., appeals an adverse judgment based on Katina Perry’s sexual harassment hostile work environment claim under the Washington Law Against Discrimination (WLAD), chapter 49.60 RCW. We hold that substantial evidence supports the findings of fact that are critical to the conclusions of law supporting the judgment.
