The defendant, Contractor’s Crane Service, Inc., appeals from a judgment in the amount of $16,324 in favor of the plaintiff and from a judgment of $4,201.51 on the defendant’s counterclaim. Finding no error, we affirm.

On November 2, 1977, Contractor’s Crane Service, Inc. (Crane Service) entered into an agreement with the City of Nashua in which it agreed to be the general contractor for the construction of the Nashua Municipal Parking Garage.
