Affirming.
The appellant, B'en J. Brumleve, and the appellee, Charles J. Cronan, were candidates for the nomination of the Democratic party, at the primary election held on the 4th day of August, 1917, for mayor of the city of Louisville. The contest resulted, as it was certified by the precinct officers and the board of election commissioners, in the nomination of Cronan. Brumleve received, according to the certification, five thousand one hundred and nineteen vptes and Cronan received ten thousand eight hundred and fifty votes. The certificate of nomination…
