Appellee, Julius Lurie, began suit in the city court of the City of Sterling against appellant, Bock Falls Manufacturing Company, a corporation, to recover $500 which was an advanced payment on a contract for the purchase of two hearses. There was a trial by jury, a verdict and judgment against appellant for $500 and this appeal was prosecuted.
