Debra Hagen appeals from a judgment entered by a single justice of this court denying her petition under G. L. c. 211, § 3. As the victim of a crime, Hagen sought relief from the denial of her motion to revoke the stay of execution of the defendant’s sentence in the underlying criminal action which had been entered pending his appeal. Her motion was brought *375in the Superior Court pursuant to § 3 (f) of the “victim’s bill of rights,” G.
