This state law negligence case involves injuries Plaintiff Scott Maghakian (hereinafter “plaintiff’) sustained on a natural gas drilling site leased by Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation (hereinafter “Cabot”) located in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. Plaintiff asserts Cabot and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gassearch Drilling Services Corporation (hereinafter “GDS”), breached their duties to warn of or remedy dangers on the site.
