This is an appeal -by proponents in a will contest from a judgment of the circuit court reversing the order of the county court of Minnehaha county admitting the will to probate. The appeal is also from the order of the circuit court denying a motion for new trial. In circuit court the issues of fact were submitted to a jury, which, on July 2, 1924, returned a general verdict for contestants, and also answered favorably to- contestants special interrogatories on all questions relating to the mental competency of the deceased.
